Standing out

The London hotel product offering is cluttered and complex, standing out is tough. We conducted a thorough competitive study for Richmond Hill Hotel and identified an unoccupied territory they were perfectly positioned to adopt. We also developed a set of customer experience focused brand values to help on-board new staff and set a service level expectation which would ensure the brand was delivered to customers. From there we created a beautiful new identity for the hotel that complimented their sister hotel’s branding (also created by us), The Grand in Brighton.
